Today I woke up and thought I should pen this down and see if I keep up to this years to come..
“Where should my energy generally go at this stage of life?”
My 20s… 30s.. 40s… 50s & above…
This will always pop-up in my mind when I’m in my deep thinking mode.. Some will say don’t be an overthinker.. Just go with the flow! Live the moment! Why worry about what is yet to come! Enjoy your present!
But some ppl like me are not wired as such.. 🙂 We want to enjoy the best of both phases (present and future) comfortably without worry..
I’m used to tell my students these in between my lectures.. which I apply to myself.. ☺️ “You can’t control how you start, but you decide how you finish.. through the choices you repeat every day.”
My timeline is simple and the breakdown of my time is based on this simple rule.. well I can’t deny the variables like health, financial shocks, opportunities, relationships, my energy levels and my personal goals that can evolve over time.. but this works fine for me and all I needed is/was discipline and consistency..😄🤞🏼

✨30s 👉🏼 30% S&F + 70% C&SV
✨40s 👉🏼 50% S&F + 50% C&SV
✨50s till 😇 👉🏼 95% S&F + 5% C&SV

Goal setting is important and set your goals early and work through it as per your convenience! A lot of people either overwork too long and regret it later, or swing too early into comfort and struggle financially. The goal is to avoid both extremes. And most importantly choose your circle wisely! I’ve personally at a stage where I prioritise peace over chaos.. ❤️😎🤟🏼
