@arvalis For me, something about the nose isn't working. Too much contrast between the nostrils and the main shape I think.

Maybe I'm alone here but I feel the Stitch design is not realistic enough to look good as a real animal and the proportions arent stylized enough to work well like the live action Sonic design. Made a quickie edit to demonstrate an idea.

In a fleeting moment yesterday, while talking with some fellow illustrators, it came up on how much we miss Drawn! and I started thinking about how cool it would be to start something like that back up.

@wardomatic It's funny how when things become concrete, we suddenly have a moment of clarity for what we truly want. Needless to say, I backed out the next day and instantly felt a sense of relief. I'm trying better to trust my gut.

Recently, I went through a 3-part interview experience that put me through so much introspection, soul-searching - and self doubt. When I finally got the call from the company that I did *not* get the full-time gig, I had such a profound emotional release, it surprised me.

Seeing AI art being featured on the main page of Artstation saddens me. I love playing with MJ as much as anyone else, but putting something that was generated using a prompt alongside artwork that took hundreds of hours and years of experience to make is beyond disrespectful.

AI “artists” be like #HumanArtists
