A little appreciation post here for the greatest taxi on earth. There’s nothing in the world like a London black cab. Whenever I’m in the capital, that’s how I travel…..no question. They’re more than just taxis, they’re a symbol of our great city. Driven by professionals who’ve done The Knowledge and a tradition that takes years of dedication and graft. Black cab drivers know every single street, shortcut, and landmark like the back of their hand. The cabs are always immaculate, inside and out, and the drivers? Always courteous, always sharp, polite and they always get me home safe. You can’t put a price on that kind of trust.
