Ali Ghodsi, the cofounder and CEO of Databricks, says Zoom has a massive chance to build an AI-first product, that could seriously disrupt the traditional enterprise SAAS. Because it sits on the largest datasets of meeting videos and transcripts. The big pain in enterprise software is data entry and coordination. Zoom already sits on the raw input: every customer call and internal meeting, plus the video, audio, and transcript. If Zoom can reliably pull out decisions, context, and action items, then write them back into the right system of record automatically, as an AI-first workflow layer, it becomes the front door for work. Indians should be grateful to Trump. Without intending to, in a span of a few months, he has taught us what our geopolitical and economic aukaat is. For all our earlier bravado, we finally had to fold to Trump diktat on RU oil. And a modest stress on CAD and we had an impending mini-crisis in BoP. The answer to both is REAL atmanirbharta, not just empty sloganeering. Now that the mini crisis of BoP likely has blown over (for now), up to Modi whether we learn our lessons and real focus on atmanirbharta or we go back to BAU of masterstrokes and visionary leadership and clever acronyms with the IT celliyas suitably orgasming everyday to this nautanki.

Imho incelism has more to do with social awkwardness than physical beauty most incels are incels because they never muster the courage to put themselves out there genuinely again & again. Not developing in correct way socially from young age developing a introverted personality and rejecting social integration is the root of incelism. To their defense the world is extremely brutal & bully such people to extremes. Thats why even average or slightly good looking men from backward societies are India struggle with incelism while a ugly latam guy keeps scoring. It's all about courage and developing the social muscle which leads to better & better choices and obviously luck.

In backward society like India if you're not upper class you will never develop a positive relationship with the opposite gender. If you're not rich you'll never be part of a mixed clique and most of your youth energy will go to self isolatinh grindmaxxing to earn money. The situation at home will be dire as parents will become more foreboding and menacing since they want you to redeem them financially or socially. Nuclear families also guarantee lack of brothers & uncles who give the most knowledge when it comes to social interactions. What no one knows or talks about in backwards societies is the sheer self imposed isolation a man has to do to go through his life he has to accept his place in the world to function else the constant expectations & cruelty of society will literally break him apart. The sheer apathy of a low trust society is something no first worlder can understand.

Elon Musk will hire you for an engineering role at SpaceX because you have done cool things and solved hard technical problems. A recruiter with a Bachelors in Sports Administration will throw your CV in the trash for a data scientist role at Zalando or whatever because you have used Tensorflow but the job description says PyTorch. Oh and also it says 6+ years of experience and you only have 5.

My interview with Elon was the best interviewing experience I’ve ever had. I’m going to adopt this for any company I build in coming years. I got to share my life’s story with him & talk about the decisions I made along the way. This was the first time in my life I got the opportunity to share the journey & my reasons behind unorthodox decisions with anyone. Much deeper than any podcast / interview or even chats with my friends. It’s incredible how he’d peel off each layer one by one when talking about your life & the hardest problems you’ve solved. *During* the interview I realised some of the exceptional things I did were somehow tied to my past in a way where I don’t even realize it. This completely changed my approach for conducting interviews & also tells me how deeply he cares about everything he’s working on. And it’s a loottt of things!
