It’s frustrating when passengers can’t get responses to msgs or clear updates on their travel plans. KQ can’t take Kenya to developed status

@KenyaAirways is a joke..we bought tickets to Abidjan KQ521 from DSS. received 3 different msgs of changes to finally find out flight was simply Cancelled !!!IShld have checked the horrible reviews before but will never use it again for sure.. really upset!!!

Extremely disappointing experience with @KenyaAirways @KQSupport. Arrived final destination on Wednesday but my baggage was left behind in Nairobi. Since then, there has been no clear communication, no timeline, and no accountability on when my luggage will arrive.

@KQSupport our DXB-NBO flight on 29/03 was cancelled and you rescheduled it to 28/03. Now that flight too has been cancelled. We can’t reschedule it on your website - it just says ‘contact call centre’. I have tried calling your Customer Excellence Team but no one is answering.
