See basic mistake when get Resubmit Chance Dont do it again! 🤝💜 Why Your #PiKYC May Be In Review For Long📳 ✅ Submission of wrong ❌ ID: if the ID uploaded is not in the list of accepted ID cards 💳 for your country or region, you kyc will not pass. ✅ Incorrect ID choice: If you upload an ID different from the ID type selected, though Valid, your kyc will not pass. Example, you selected International Passport but uploaded Driver's Licence. It will be rejected. Also, try to capture the direct picture of the original document 📃. Photocopies are not accepted. ✅ Incomplete information: Example, if your ID has two sides of important information but you uploaded only one side. ✅ Blurry ID or Unclear Photo: if your ID is blurry when photographing it or your face capturing is not clear enough. Your kyc may not pass. ✅ More than one person appearing in the "liveness check" video 🎥. ✅ Name change appeals: the validation flow for #Pioneers who made appeals for name change is in development. If you made a name change request your KYC application will be pending until the validation flow is released. Watch out for these basic mistakes when you get the opportunity to resubmit your application so you will do it right. (You have to exercise a lot of patience to receive the chance for resubmission however, as the Pi KYC is still in development.
