Before you put an idea in front of real people, put it in front of a few hundred AI ones first. They read it, argue over it, and tell you who turns on you and why. You fix it while it's still cheap to fix. Free to try, no signup: kranth.ai

The hardest part of building Kranth isn't the personas. It's the founders hoping by submitting their ideas they have clearly already decided on and hoping the sim confirms it. It usually doesn't. That's the point.

Score: 44/100. The claim was 'freemium is the only sustainable way to build a SaaS user base.' The personas were not convinced. 'I've watched it tank unit economics for companies.' Absolute framing collapsed fast.

Score: 40/100. "That's the kind of absolute that usually means someone's trying to sell you something. Plenty of SaaS companies have built real, profitable businesses on usage-based pricing, one-time purchases, or hy..." Absolutes rarely survive 100 hostile reads.

A synthetic audience cannot tell you what will happen. It can tell you where your reasoning is weakest before you find out the hard way. That gap between simulation and prediction is not a flaw. It is the honest version of the product.

Founders test on strangers too late because early feedback feels like criticism of the person, not the idea. Adversarial personas have no relationship to protect. They say the structural thing first, every time.

Vibes-based briefs produce vibes-based objections. When you ground a sim in actual market data, personas argue with specifics instead of category-level noise. The difference shows up in the objections, not the score.

We ran "most AI startups are ChatGPT wrappers that will die in 2 years" through Kranth. Score: 55/100. Top pushback: the claim conflates thin UI layers with defensible domain-specific apps. The argument collapses under its own generalization.

We ran "AI should stay closed and paid, not released as open weights" through Kranth's debate arena. Two AI personas went 12 rounds. The closed-model side lost, 42/100. this is basically a preview of government AI policy. A handful of companies get to decide who is allowed to use powerful AI and what they are allowed to use it for. That is not a safety model, it is a permission system.

This is Kranth. Give it any idea, pricing change, or belief and it runs it through AI personas built to disagree with you and with each other, until something breaks or holds. No cherry-picked feedback. No yes-men. Kranth.ai
