Alasan yang boleh diterimapakai ni biasanya benda yg terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan bukan benda yang boleh dirancang awal. Contoh: Korang kena hadir ke mahkamah sebab hal peribadi tapi minta EL, padahal boleh minta AL. Apply cuti awal sebab benda ni bukan jadi secara tiba-tiba. Okay sekarang ni, LRT bermasalah boleh ambil EL tak? Reply jawapan korang
