Where were your seats? Did you at least get a chance to enjoy the Old Market? Did you get some Zesto? Here’s how bad your (lack of) an argument is. The PAC-12 & it’s weather only broke 13k in attendance once. The B1G did that without the benefit of Nebraska in the race.

@Zigmanfreud When I was leaving the ballpark one of the workers said there was about 3,000 to 3,500 people there today. I would say a great crowd for a couple of west coast teams.

Today, UCLA and Oregon played a thrilling Big Ten Championship baseball championship game in a 24,000 seat stadium in Nebraska… There might have been 1,000 people there. No official attendance figures are available for obvious reasons. Nice job, everyone!! 😡🤦‍♂️🤮

@salex1954 @OregonBaseball I haven't seen an official attendance number, but at first pitch it was estimated at 15,000. The stadium holds 24,000 which is why the outfield was empty.

Might be 100 people in the ballpark. @BIG has to figure this out next year. @oregonbaseball

This is a great question. What I do know: - Nebraska & OSU have through Monday to get this series in. - If the series is tied 1-1 and the 3rd game can’t be played, the higher seed advances. - If NU advances, Nebraska would have to fly to OKC, per 400 mile rule

@huskersjames @andersoj66 Michigan and Perdue had to play an extra game. The top 2 seeds ie Nebraska, and UCLA are getting the teams that has played 3 games already. That should be an advantage to the top teams in the turny.

Auburn and Texas A&M played a real top 10 baseball game yesterday. It was buried on SEC network plus. At the same time ESPN was broadcasting a ridiculous spectacle called the "Savannah Bananas" I understand ratings, viewership and how all that works. But how is college baseball supposed to grow when the people in charge of it's broadcasting rights do absolutely NOTHING to promote it? 2 top 10 teams, playing a 1 run ball game. A real one. A real baseball game. and the "Worldwide Leader in Sports" is instead promoting a slop musical with choreographed dancing and other various circus acts just because they decided to perform this WWE style nonsense on a baseball diamond. We all like different things so if you're an adult and you think that the Bananas are cool then more power to ya. Go have fun. But ESPN prioritizing fake baseball over real baseball is sad and pathetic.
