There will be a gameplay update for #RugbyLeague26 on Consoles and Steam sent to the platform holders tonight Melbourne time. We are working through an ETA for #ProTeam and will update on that shortly.

The team are still working on the load balancing code to cope with the demand when we switch #RugbyLeague26 #ProTeam back on. We are formulating a deadline and will report that back as soon as we can.

We have increased the servers, added code to load balance and now you should be able to log in and play #RugbyLeague26. There will be an update to the game tonight that will fix many of the gameplay issues reported here and elsewhere. We continue to work on the load/servers for #ProTeam - there is not exact ETA for that, but we will update as we can. We will also update you on the gift of #ProTeam credit at that time. We are working on gameplay fixes, servers for play, and #ProTeam all in parallel. We are listening and we will make it right. Our communications may not be as constant as you'd like but this is only because we are all hands on deck resolving reported issues.

Definitely not an over-reaction, you've spent good miney, and I totally deserve everything coming my way. The game has sold 6x the amount of any game we have released this year, our servers are not coping and we are scrambling 24x7 to get them up to speed. I will do my best to make it up to you all - there will be compensatory #ProTeam credit given.

The reason I'm not posting is we're head donw working on the server side issues. There will be updates to the game and servers tonight.

We know today has not gone as smoothly as it should have and we will compensate all #RugbyLeague26 purchasers with some free #ProTeam credit. Details to follow tomorrow. There has been overwhelming demand that also may have caused service issues, and for that we cannot apologise enough.
