I have received Sri Lanka telecom post paid monthly bill full amount From 8th November to 7th December. The interesting thing is we were interruption completely from 27th November till now nothing any facilitate from SLT. Despite complain about slt interruption. #slt

As we are customers and consecutively payment has been settled without any due payment. Why the @SriLankaTelecom careless their customers? I strongly believe you must be efficient and proactive more than now.

@SriLankaTelecom Thank you for your response. how about peak hours?. I have total of 100 GB so from that 40 GB FOR PEAK from 7am to 12 midnight. Where should I use those 60 GB? If you are saying that unlimited free data from 12 midnight to 7 am. Have you ever thought of extending peak hour?

Off peak hours : 12 00 am to 08 . 00 am
Midnight thriller offer : You can use unlimited data from 12 midnight to 07. 00 am .You can change your time based package to anytime package if you do not have much usage during off-peak hours.

@SriLankaTelecom We are not happy with all your changes to the SLT family web Plus changes time instead of 8 am now you changed it to 7 am. It must change to 24 hours of available data or Chang into 12 hours equally.
