My first mail was on 2nd april when i was promised my issue will be looked into and i will receive a voucher, now even after a month when i askl for the status of my query I dont receive a reply even after 3 days, I THINK I WILL STOP MAKING LONG RECHARGES OR CHANGE ISP ITSELF

@jio_fiber @JioCare Only 1 question for you guys, why does jio advertise additional benefits for long term jio fiber recharges when it never intends to stand on the promise, i had done a 3 months recharge and am waiting on a discount voucher for 7 days since 2 months now

Many times the tickets dont show in the portal after they are marked as resolved, customer doesnt get to know the reason as to how his issue his resolved 🤷‍♂️ Just like for my last ticket 778212107803 with order number JM69FD55AA01D07B0580 @JioMart @JioMart_Support

Dont know whats going on with @reliancejio @JioCare these days, but the extra days credit for jio fiber advance recharge of 3 months or 6 months is not being credited to account even after multiple complains with jio, and same is the case with @JioMart

@JioMart_Support I had raised a ticket before the complaint window was closed also, i didn't receive any resolution for that ticket hence i had to raise another ticket, please address the earlier ticket as well.
