Getting any type of cosmetic surgery is the dumbest decision you can ever make. No nose job, hairline recovery or BBL will ever patch your insecurities. There is no external solution to an internal problem. These things stem from an inner discontentment with your appearance. Fix your internal perspective of yourself and your insecurities will vanish. Fixing the internal with cosmetic surgeries will only lead you to the next surgery.
