You have to realise just because someone is there as a body, doesn’t mean they’re a net positive. I’ll say it 100 times over, if you offer me Timo Werner or nothing - then I will take nothing and figure it out. I’ll rightfully complain about being hamstrung after.

@NewSpursOrder Maybe he has criticised internally or been made promises when he signed his new contract and got fed up and decided to speak publicly? No idea tbh, rumours we were offered Jhon Duran on loan if we let Kolo go as well ... all become a constant hassle that just tires me out.

I don't want to keep going on about this but Romero, club captain, was putting out cryptic messages mere minutes after Frank was hired, and criticising the squad depth on Instagram instead of internally is helping who exactly? Doesn't help the players or Frank imo.

@krlsrrll Signings aren’t binary like that, have some nuance.. How many players have been “better than what we had” & weren’t good enough anyway? If you think Gallagher is part of the puzzle to take us to the promised land in our current predicament then fair enough, enjoy the signing.

@krlsrrll And just because he’s “better than what’s there” doesn’t mean he should be signed. He is categorically not good at consistently progressive passing. Why are we signing a box crashing, occasional goalscorer when we can’t move the ball?
