At the European Parliament in Strasbourg, I emphasized the EU’s commitment to completing the TEN-T core network by 2030. There will be no prosperity in Europe without stability and security. Making the most of our transport network to guard that stability, reinforce our security and create additional economic growth, is the path to prosperity. The trans-European transport networks resides at the very heart of EU transport policy. TEN-T is the basis of Europe's connectivity and the pre-condition for our single market to function. It connects people, businesses and economies.
