@r0stat @karianneee_ @will1us Sure there's helpful videos on ways to overcome trauma. Why stop at youtube ask others how they overcome trauma on reddit or similar apps where ppl answer ur questions. Why not use the internet to your benefit. Trauma is something to overcome. not to be used as brownie points.

Last night, I met an 18 year old in Spike Rush. His brother had took his own life earlier on, while struggling with familial tensions and a lot of stress. Despite it all, he still solely cared about his family. I was very emotional when we finished, and wanted to help him.

@r0stat @karianneee_ @will1us Alr then if you can't go to therapy go to youtube and learn from others on ways to overcome your trigger or trauma. Or learn that not all people r gonna understand you or care. If u r so worry abt being triggered just use the block feature and you won't see it while browsing.
