Chia Network's filed S-1 draft registrations and amendments along with SEC comment letters have been turned public. I haven't gone through it all yet but the most recent SEC comment letter shows that they have little to few concerns with the latest iteration of the S-1. More to come. @chia_project #Chia $XCH
