Moreover, recent media reports have revealed circumstances suggesting that the Agency received prepayments amounting to tens of billions of won based on the Artists' entertainment activities. Despite this, the Agency has failed to provide any responsible clarification or convincing explanation regarding the current situation where settlement fees remain unpaid to the Artists. Throughout this process, the Artists have silently continued their activities to keep their promises to fans despite long-standing uncertainty. However, the Agency not only failed to properly support the essential costs for the Artists' entertainment activities but also effectively abandoned its management duties, such as failing to pay the expenses of the dedicated staff members on-site for several months. The psychological pain and pressure the Artists had to endure in an environment where even basic support was cut off were indescribable. Ultimately, they reached the judgment that they could no longer overlook or sustain this situation.
