Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh chaired a review meeting at the Mini Secretariat conference hall to assess complaints received through Samadhan Shivirs. Emphasizing efficiency and accountability, he directed officials to resolve all complaints within the stipulated time frame and ensure timely updates on the portal. 🔹 Strict instructions were issued for daily monitoring so that no complaint goes unnoticed. 🔹 Departments were asked to clear all pending cases, especially those older than two months, on priority. 🔹 Submission of Action Taken Reports (ATRs) within the prescribed timeline was made mandatory. He further instructed officials to go beyond routine disposal of complaints and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
