Thank you @EyeLthtr for looking after my daughter today who had eye surgery. Friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Miss Jane was as wonderful today as she was 11 years ago when we saw her for surgery. So lucky to have this amazing service right on our doorstep 🙌

Shes back … Shes crippled with anxiety … She no longer knows who she is anymore outside of being a mum … The mum guilt is through the roof. And has major workplace imposture syndrome… But shes back! Maternity leave … completed it!

I had a conversation today about the difference between "kindness" & "niceness" in leadership so I decided to post about it. Last day today as Senior Clinical Manager in Nursing and Quality Team. New chapter starts Monday as Head of Clinical Programmes supporting Manager and staff for the Mental Health, Respiratory, Palliative and End of Life Care programmes.
