Absolutely horrible experience with @Flipkart . My return request keeps getting auto-cancelled without even a pickup attempt or call from the team. @flipkartsupport promises callbacks that never happen. As a customer, this is exhausting. I just want my refund processed fairly.

@flipkartsupport within Flipkart - social media, customer care. No one has a clue on how to make the delivery team EKart accountable. I have previously also shared my details but to no avail. These incidents have happened time and again and even speaking to multiple teams and agents didn't help.
