@erikfox2000 Streaming made it this way. All about $. The streamers are qwik 2 rip everyone else for chasing but often forget that there are county storm spotters, tv station spotters, radio station spotters all out there relaying information back for the benefit of informing their community

I hate coming off as a sour grape, I’ve always been a proponent of freedom to chase, but honestly we need to ask our selfs, are we at the breaking point as a group of people? I’ve always prided myself as a first responder first and foremost. The last 3 days has the mouse in my head turning the wheel, is it time to figure out a way for LEO/Fire to differentiate those of us who are experienced and here for good? Idk, I’ve been kicking some ideas around in my head, one of those is making an association of some sort. We have been working on the idea for a while (summit staff) it’s became a public safety hazard on some days, maybe we need to fix this from within before another legislative body attempts to takes it from us again.

@floridamanwx @WxScholl I will say, their app is lightning fast at sending NWS alerts. I get them before my weather radio goes off even.
