@OrlandoMagic have won 9 consecutive games.
They’ve got the 3rd best record in the NBA.
Hey man..opponents better stay off Church St the night before games. No more 36 holes of golf before scooping a dub for visiting teams.
Better ask somebody💯

Here are a few of my initial observations after spending the morning with Coach Oats and the Alabama men’s basketball team:
EVERYTHING matters here… every… single… detail is important. They understand that little things done consistently generate BIG results.
EVERYTHING is measured/recorded:
*Each player’s heart rate, mileage coverage, and calories expended
*What time each player enters the practice facility
*How much film each player watches on their own
EVERYTHING is organized. Nothing is haphazard. Their film breakdown and practice plan were hyper-focussed and precise.
EVERYTHING is intentional and is part of the bigger picture and process required to win a National Championship.
EVERYTHING in practice is timed, filmed, and monitored. Every drill matters. Every shot taken matters. “How you do anything is how you do everything.”

Kelvin Sampson on young people maturing
“The first step on the ladder of success is always failure. Immature people don’t deal well with failure and immature people don’t understand that there is going to be failure.”
