Palmer/Foden were POTY’s in palmer 1st season, next season palmer started at the same level Foden dropped off. So at that time he’d been the best player in the PL 18 months in at Chelsea, it was a fact!

We don’t mind who supports our club, as long as they align with our values. Love the club like we do and you’re seen as one of us. Forcing division over ex players opinions is mental. And for the record, if you can’t appreciate what @Carra23 done for LFC, you certainly don’t see the game like we do. Second most appearances ever, a number that will not be beaten. 11 trophies, including FA Cup and European Cup. From 2004-2007 the debate was Terry or Carra. For me personally he was one of the best CB’s the club’s ever had. If we were going to battle, I’d want Jamie next to me! Wore his heart on his sleeve and gave everything he had for that red shirt. He may not have sprayed 40yard passes, but the notion that he was average is complete nonsense. Concentrated on defending and put everything he had into it. A top fella who does all sorts for local charities and supports many local businesses. A hero to many of us, but you’d never know it if you bumped into him coz he’s as grounded as they come. We didn’t “dream of a team of Carraghers” for nothing you know!!

We all love Salah. But this relentless attack on Carragher for having his own opinion on top 10 is ridiculous. Everyone has the right to their opinion and opinions change. It’s very very odd the way people are behaving about the whole thing.

@rudkin_abigail I agree but I think a lot of it has to do with Carra clearly having an issue with Salah (calling Palmer best itl last season) then visibly shaking with rage and saying nonsense like ‘threw RB under the bus for 7 years’ this. Now people are overcompensating and doing too much

@SajadIqbalLFC I changed my mind 12 months later as I think MO this season didn’t show enough off the pitch, I don’t really care about on the pitch as it’s his first average season. I’d like him to have spoken more for the club after defeats & not kill the manager publicly.

@Carra23 In fairness you were calling Cole Palmer the best player in the league when Salah was dragging our side to the title with one of the greatest, if not the greatest, individual seasons ever.

I’m not one of his biggest critics, when have I ever criticised Salah the player 👀😅 I said he’s the 2nd best foreign player ever in the PL! You & plenty of others don’t know enough about the clubs history & are being very disrespectful to other players on that list!!!!!

It’s not poor timing from anyone, I did this interview before Salah announced his decision. Then went on the overlap a day after the Salah announcement & brought up I’d put him 6th on the LFC list. The club decided to put it out before I gave away my full list!
