@virginmedia constant connection problems. Phoned every week. Paying £48 p/m for top speed and getting 12mbs 😡 and no solution! All devices keep logging out daily. How do I complain?

@OfficialPLT Hi, I ordered on weds, paid for next day delivery but still not here. Tracking says to be delivered Thurs but not turned up.
