@BostonYankee58 I think Colin is running his own side undercover op investigating Toni’s death. It’s clear that he took her death hard. My guess is that Sarah’s employer is connected somehow to Toni’s death and Colin is using Sarah. He was pretty eager after all to go to that company picnic.

Could Sarah be the mole. That would be perfect. Someone that lies and manipulates for a living. Is lied to and manipulated. That relationship seems weird, like ships passing in the night, I’m not seeing the love. Plus if she’s the mole the team stays intact.
