If you are driving, the distance you are travelling is +-ing relative to some origin and the height from sea level is +\- If u hit a wall the distance stops but the height shoots up The line couldn’t represent a car tho. It would be the terrain maybe?

#iteachmath community, a G8 S asked what situation would make a vertical line. In @Desmos they made real-world situations for linear equations, so this was a great question, but one I wasn't sure of. Any ideas? @robertkaplinsky
