Our troubleshooters respond to car crashes like this one often. We never want to see anyone in this situation—but if you do hit a utility pole, Electric Operations Supervisor Karen Spirito says to call 911 and stay in your car until we arrive to help you get out safety.

Earlier this morning Engine 1 & Ladder 1 responded to Athens St for the truck entangled in live electrical wires. @CambridgePolice were also on scene for traffic & ped safety. @EversourceMA arrived promptly to make the area safe & the truck was removed w/o injury to the driver.
