Playing the keyboard in church tomorrow. Didn’t practise, yet again. Gotten to that point where I feel I’m not bringing anything new. Time to take an unofficial break and learn new stuff.

The last time I was acutely unwell I was telling them the medication I would use. Avoid opioids cos I didn't want to me woozy, my colleague told me to shut up as I am not the doctor here but the patient. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Pain came back with vengeance today.
Had to attend ED.

It's a shoulder impingement aka Swimmers shoulder.
The journey to recovery is pushing through the pain. Been advised to not limit my ROM to avoid frozen shoulder.

I think I must have, possibly, dislocated...or at the least, misaligned my Left ACJ. Cos my shoulder was still hurting as hell this morning. Then I pushed through the pain and abducted > 90 degrees and heard clicks and clunks and now my shoulder hurt 90% less with more ROM. 🥴

I suspect impingement cos when I abduction>90 degrees is when the pain is massive.
