@1200BravoOne @Jennajo69937075 @EmWilliamsOU @kuhk11 @WeCops #wecops police decision making isn’t between risk and no risk, there is always risk but this is never acknowledged and our officers are charged with an impossible task then told they have failed.

@WeCops In @dorsetpolice we began by learning about what moral injury is, what causes it and trying to understand the depth of the problem....there is no quick fix, we are some way off resolving or preventing this, we must first identify and acknowledge we have a problem #WeCops
