South Asian organizations are too busy trying to be at the top that they forget create an infrastructure which can help them get better players in other ways than just importing. People gotta remember regions like EU have used years to help develop future talent, they don't just appear out of thin air like some of these organizations think. For the future South Asian organizations need to look at rethinking their vision because right now your chances are lower to none to winning Ascension. Organizations with big funding like Orangutan, Velocity and Reckoning need to focus on creating academy programs. I never see recruitment posts made by South Asian organizations. It is always the same names being added and recycled. You can't find new talent if you don't even look for it or make players aware there are opportunities. As a result you get the recycling situation which will harm the scene.
