Extremely shocking! IO Kamal Kumar (8009487631) asked for OTP to close Jansunwai case. I refused because my vehicle UP14 ST 1027 is still with @HDB_FinServ. Yet, they closed my grievance 92618900017836 without any resolution! @Uppolice @dgpup @CMOfficeUP @lkopolice

My vehicle [Up14 ST 1027] was illegally seized by @HDBFS recovery agents without any prior notice or legal paperwork. The agents arrived in a WagonR [UP57 BR 1095}and acted aggressively with my driver. No seizure memo or inventory list was provided
