NCRB की ताजा रिपोर्ट के अनुसार हरियाणा में रोजाना 9 लोग आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं। युवाओं में गहरी निराशा है, क्योंकि उन्हें रोजगार नहीं मिल रहा है। हरियाणवी युवा व आम नागरिक भीषण महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, भ्रष्टाचार के कारण अवसाद, आर्थिक असुरक्षा, मानसिक तनाव से गुजर रहे हैं। प्रदेश के युवाओं को बेरोजगारी के दल दल से छुटकारा दिलाने की बजाय बीजेपी सरकार जानबूझकर हरियाणा के युवाओं को नौकरियों से वंचित कर रही है और यहाँ की नौकरियां अन्य प्रदेशों के लोगों को बाँट रही है। पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट द्वारा असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर अंग्रेजी भर्ती रद्द किए जाने के फैसले का हम स्वागत करते हैं। यह हरियाणा के युवाओं के लंबे संघर्ष की जीत है। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सरकार की 11.11.2022 की गाइडलाइन यूजीसी गाइडलाइंस 2018 का उल्लंघन करती है।

बीजेपी सरकार में एक के बाद एक घोटाले हो रहे हैं, भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर है। खुद बीजेपी सरकार के मंत्री, सांसद और विधायक दिशा कमेटी की बैठक में सार्वजनिक रूप से इसे स्वीकार कर कह रहे हैं कि कांग्रेस सरकार में बनी सड़कें 10 साल बाद भी मजबूती से चल रही हैं, जबकि बीजेपी सरकार में बनी सड़कें 10 दिन भी नहीं चलतीं। हमारी सरकार में ईमानदारी से ठोस और मजबूत काम होता था जबकि बीजेपी शासन में सिर्फ लूट-खसोट हो रही है।

चाहे कानून बदलना पड़े, चाहे कोर्ट को out of the way जाना पड़े, पेपर लीक माफिया को ऐसी सज़ा मिलनी चाहिए कि फिर कोई ऐसा अपराध करने की हिम्मत न करे. ये बात भी ठीक है कि जब पेपर बनाने वाला ही पेपर लीक कर दे तो कोई एजेंसी क्या कर सकती है? परीक्षा offline हो या online हो, ऐसी चोरी को कौन रोक सकता है? लेकिन सवाल ये भी है कि परीक्षा कराने वाली NTA को इस पेपर लीक के बारे में पता ही नहीं था. अगर कुछ छात्र इसे एक्सपोज़ न करते तो ये मामला कभी सामने ही नहीं आता और ये सिस्टम ऐसे ही चलता रहता. rajatsharma.in/?p=12552

NTA कभी प्रिंटिंग कराने में फेल हुआ, कभी ट्रांसपोर्ट करने में पेपर लीक हुआ, तो कभी पेपर बनाने वाले ने ही लीक कर दिया. हद तो तब हो गई जब NTA के महानिदेशक छात्रों से कहने लगे कि पेपर लीक हो तो NTA को तुरंत सूचित करें. तो फिर NTA क्या करेगा? परीक्षा रद्द करेगा? फिर से इम्तिहान की तारीख देगा? In the last nine years, NTA has become a shining example of paper leaks and incompetence. Sometimes papers are leaked during printing, sometimes in course of transport, and in some cases, the paper setter himself leaked the paper. The icing on the cake was when the NTA director general appealed to students to inform his organization immediately if the question paper is leaked. What will NTA do in that case? Cancel the exam? Set a fresh date for exam? Hand over the probe to CBI? Is it the only work left for NTA? Enough is enough.
