I left the room with these reflections - and perhaps they are worth asking ourselves too: 1. Where do your teams need to experience your presence more, not just your direction ? 2. Where might stepping closer, without lowering the bar change outcomes? 3. And if leadership were a mirror, would it recognise you everywhere you go ?

I spent the evening with the leadership team at Zydus in Delhi — a room full of people who run large teams across the country, make decisions with consequences, and … deliver. Despite the stature and experience in the room, there was an openness to listen, question, and participate with genuine intent.

Success doesn’t change people. It removes the consequences of being who they already were. Your thoughts ?

Goals don’t die in December. They check if YOU did. If you’re still interested to make it to the finish line of ur goals, then there is still hope. - Pick one unfinished goal & put your heart & soul to take it to the finish line. - Stop redesigning the plan. Just keep it simple.
