As an AK player in the global server , we are actually facing the same situation. Theresa is indeed a character who is not deeply understood, because you need to read and connect all the hints planted by the Arknights writers. The way to find those hints is by going through the entire story, which can be very overwhelming. Some of those hints even appeared for the very first time during the first Arknights anniversary livestream. I hope someone on the global side will do the same as they did.
