3,282 家区块链项目倒闭，熊市到底谁还在干活 我喜欢没事儿就去 @RootDataZH 翻数据，很多人没注意运营状态选项。当我选择停止运营的时候震惊了，110 页足足有 3,282 家倒闭了...好残酷的，很多项目撑不了一年。 能持续运营并跨越周期的项目，是否值得高看一眼？ 让我们浅入！ ⬇️ 2026 年至今，几个宣布关闭的知名项目就包括 NFT 交易市场 Nifty、借贷市场 ZeroLend、Defi 聚合器 Step、Defi 团队 Balancer……活着，不卖壳、不作恶操纵价格提款机、实实在在搞业务，这样的项目有一个算一个，都值得respect。 说来也奇怪，我觉得项目也有自己性格的，一些项目想到就是老实巴交的感觉，比如 Huma、IOTA 这些，我自己也是这个性格，所以可能跟这些项目比较暗合一点、关注也自然多一点。 借助 Surf 可以轻松接入 Hermes 做一个提醒发给 TG bot，每天就能最方便跟踪这些项目动态。我会把 IOTA 几个比较关键的信息交给 AI 收集推送： ‣ 官推推文 ‣ 媒体文章 ‣ 社交情绪 ‣ 币价表现 ‣ 大额交易 基本上这些每日推送就能获得项目的基本更新了。今天收到了推送，IOTA 首批实施 ADAPT 计划国家确认了，肯尼亚、摩洛哥和尼日利亚。 / 老读者知道我之前就介绍过 ADAPT 计划，就是那个为非洲内部贸易构建共享的数字基础设施涵盖数字身份、跨境数据交换和支付互操作性的计划，去年 11 月启动的。 让非洲兄弟弯道超车先数字化、区块链化现在不是玩笑话了，非洲最大经济体尼日利亚、移动支付最发达国家肯尼亚、数字化程度最高的国家之一摩洛哥现在已经经过政治承诺、监管准备度、数字基础设施成熟度、私营部门参与度四维评估，起飞了。 所有的区块链底层技术，Powered by @iota 。 有点唏嘘，这种做底层基建的项目往往都需要长周期考察，一时间很难立竿见影在估值或价格上得到反馈。但是，历史经验告诉我们，熊市或资本泡沫破裂的时候，优秀的基建项目都在周期穿越后取得了丰厚回报。IOTA 把数字身份 + 跨境数据 + 支付互操作带到非洲，在这片大地进行实验、实践，假以时日，房间里的大象也许就是呼之欲出。 毕竟，ADAPT 也不是一个科技公司随便找几个国家签个协议拿来资本市场讲故事的东西，它是实打实非洲大陆自由贸易区（AfCFTA）秘书处牵头、托尼·布莱尔全球变革研究所、世界经济论坛和 IOTA 基金会合作开发项目。 接下来要干啥？美国天才法案、香港稳定币法案都给打样了，稳定币。三个国家将开始测试数字货币尤其是稳定币的监管框架，这不就是为下一步跨境支付做准备嘛。 如果，我说如果，将来非洲大部分的稳定币跨境支付跑在 IOTA 上，那画面可太美了。 祝我们好运！ / 作者：anymose ｜ 一个软核科普作家 本文仅做科普使用，不构成任何投资建议，永远记得 DYOR！

IOTA is explicitly connected to one of the five core pillars behind AfCFTA implementation. 🔥🔥In the WEF’s May 2026 AfCFTA implementation paper, ADAPT is not treated as a side project. It appears as Pillar 3 of the Forum Friends of the AfCFTA framework: digital trade infrastructure. This is an implementation-focused paper on how Africa’s free trade area moves from legal ambition to operational reality: customs, standards, cross-border data, NTBs and trade corridors. And ADAPT is being developed with the @AfCFTA Secretariat, WEF, Tony Blair Institute and IOTA Foundation, to build interoperable digital identity, cross-border data exchange and payment infrastructure for African trade. 熊市了，有人讲AI，看起来仍旧是天上楼阁；有人讲RWA，看起来还是金融玩法；有人玩Meme，上限现在变得极低 大多数项目都放弃了区块链落地和真正意义上的应用落地叙事，大家都喜欢追逐叙事，就像无根浮萍 而之前说过的 @iota 一步步在夯实自己的主权级别的基建之路，推动自己成为价值几十万亿的全球贸易市场服务的公链，成为全球贸易的基础设施 从先在非洲与TradeMark Africa合作数字化关键贸易走廊，再通过TWIN技术获得英国政府实质性支持，如今再推动主权国家肯尼亚、摩洛哥、尼日利亚成为ADAPT计划首批实施国 IOTA一步一脚印正在实现自己的愿景 📒先简单说明一下：这次是与非洲自贸区（AFCFTA）秘书处合作发起的，这个AFCFTA可以简单概括为非洲版、甚至是放大版的“欧盟”式自由贸易市场。其目前链接了54个非洲国家、覆盖了13-14亿的人口、GDP总量高达3.4万美金 其核心目标是打破非洲各国之间长期的贸易壁垒，逐步免除90%以上商品的关税，推动资金、人员和技术在非洲大陆自由流动 ADAPT则是其实现目标的区块链贸易基础设施 简单打一个比方：如果把AFCFT比作一列通往非洲经济一体化的“超级高铁”，那么这个ADAPT就是帮这列高铁铺设数字化铁轨、统一各站点标准的“新基建工程” 🤔然后就是一个问题，为啥是这三个国家，上面也提到了AFCFTA有54个国家 是因为这三个国家而是经过了极其严格的“四维评估”： 1、政治承诺：我理解就是政府最高层是否有推动贸易数字化的绝对决心 2、监管准备度： 我理解就是是否准备相关的法律法规去支持这套区块链基建 3、数字基础设施成熟度： 确定本地现有的技术水平和通讯基建是否能够承载 Web3 网络的运转 4、私营部门参与度：经过严谨的背调确定民间商业力量和企业是否愿意使用 而这三个国家符合上述要求：其中摩洛哥是非洲数字化程度和基础设施最成熟的国家之一，是连接欧洲与非洲的桥头堡；而尼日利亚是非洲第一大经济体和人口巨无霸，拥有无可匹敌的经济体量与市场活力；然后肯尼亚则是全球移动支付最发达、加密货币渗透率极高的创新温床（我搜了一下这个国家诞生了风靡全非的M-Pesa） 💡这里还有一个需要大家关注的核心点：上述三个国家将同步开始测试数字货币（含稳定币）的监管框架 美洲的美国作为加密创新的摇篮正在推动天才法案和相关加密牌照的落地；亚洲的香香港上个月刚发布了相关的稳定币牌照，韩国总统李在明也一直在推动韩元稳定币作为国家战略；欧洲则很早就通过了MiCA 非洲则是唯一一个空白的大市场，确实很有必要紧跟潮流推动稳定币落地 可以预见的未来：当全球合规稳定币的监管红利和技术红利彻底爆发时，IOTA和ADAPT将会作为非洲唯一一个经过政府合规沙盒验证过的、集成了“数字身份 + 跨境数据交换 + 支付互操作性”的现成支付层 先登者称王 🤔牛市讲故事，熊市推基建 从非洲自贸区的数字底座，到稳定币监管合规的试验田，IOTA正在用真实的政府背书、严苛的落地标准和精准的支付卡位，在市场冰河期中构筑起一道难以逾越的护城河 等未来这张由数字身份、跨境数据和合规支付交织而成的全球贸易网形成闭环，IOTA所释放的飞轮效应，或许才会让市场真正看：什么叫做“十年磨一剑，不是终点，而是序章”

Tanger Med is connected to 180+ ports and is Africa’s largest container port according to Reuters. 🇰🇪 Kenya Proof layer Kenya matters because @TWINGlobalOrg / TLIP has already been tested in real trade infrastructure there. The important part is simple: Kenya already connects trade agencies like KenTrade and the Kenya Revenue Authority through digital trade nodes. So Kenya is basically the "show it can work" layer. 🇳🇬Nigeria Scale + payments pressure. With $377 billion GDP, Nigeria is one of Africa’s biggest economies. Nigeria received over $90B in crypto value according to Chainalysis. That makes it the largest crypto market in Sub-Saharan Africa. Stablecoins are already heavily used for cross-border payments and trade-related transactions across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. This is why the first ADAPT countries matter. We hear a lot about blockchain finally moving into the real world. With ADAPT and TWIN, $IOTA is choosing a very specific lane: the blockchain layer for global trade.

What’s hard to grasp is the scale of what is being built here. This is about establishing the digital and institutional foundation for how trade, identity, data and payments could move across Africa for decades to come. And every trusted interaction, document exchange, identity verification and settlement flow will ultimately anchor on the IOTA L1. This is what moving beyond pure crypto speculation looks like: becoming infrastructure for real economic coordination and global trade.

🔥🔥 Why could this news be incredible for the future of the IOTA Foundation? Because the real-world launch of ADAPT across Kenya 🇰🇪, Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Morocco 🇲🇦 is not just a regional update. It is the beginning of a digital trade infrastructure layer across three strategic African gateways: East Africa, West Africa and the North African bridge to Europe. 🌍 Together, these countries represent around 327M people, roughly 25% of the AfCFTA population reference base, and more than $530B in combined GDP. AfCFTA itself connects 55 countries, 1.3B people and a $3.4T market. ⚡ And Morocco 🇲🇦 is the real scale shock. Tanger Med alone moves around 11.1M TEU per year, making it one of the most important container hubs in Africa and the Mediterranean. 🚢🔥 If IOTA Foundation, as a partner of the TWIN Foundation, were hypothetically able to capture just ~$1 net per real physical container processed, validated or digitally coordinated through this infrastructure layer, the resulting recurring revenue could move into the range of ~$9M–$12M per year.💰 That is why this matters. Under this speculative model, ADAPT’s first three-country rollout could potentially cover something close to the IOTA Foundation’s annual treasury needs and push it toward the most important milestone of all: economic independence from the token. Really proud of the pioneering work we're doing together with the AfCFTA, the Tony Blair Institute and other partners to digitize trade across Africa. Kenya, Morocco and Nigeria will be the first ADAPT implementations. Lots more to follow once the trade routes are fully operational.
