I mostly look at OMAD advice on reddit (scary Ik) which is where I got the idea but it's nice to know that it's more of a smaller consensus, thank you

@kurukyunn @dustyporcelain If you look on youtube you'll see thats actually not the case, plenty of them follow the rule , because thats exactly what its coined. Small snacks aren't included in whatever is intailed so if ppl do it thats just them, not a group of ppl as a whole (non disordered)

Diets like OMAD aren't set in stone, just like how some people have calories in their drinks when having OMAD, some people have snacks because they don't consider that apart of the diet
