Hey @Kuvera_In, the new app update looks clean, but where did the "Add Family Member" feature go? I am trying to import my wife's external mutual funds via CAS to get a consolidated view, but the options are completely missing from the dashboard/menus. Kindly fix or guide!

I placed a mutual fund buy order 3 days ago on @Kuvera_In, n after keeping the transaction pending for 2 days, now marked as cancelled. worse part, the refund will take another week, which means I can’t place a fresh buy order until the money is credited. A complete mess !

Out of curiosity, is anyone else here facing onboarding or name-match issues with Kuvera lately, or is it just a localized glitch on my end?

Frustrated with the onboard loop on @Kuvera_In @CRED_club. It insists my bank name doesn't match my PAN, though they are identical. I already hold active portfolios with these exact credentials elsewhere. 10 days, manual proofs submitted, & zero resolution. #StockMarket +

@amrtansh We sincerely apologise for the delay and repeated follow-ups. The CAS import feature was temporarily unavailable due to our recent app revamp. Our team is actively working on restoring it, and it is expected in an upcoming release. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

@Kuvera_In I have already raised a ticket, just like I raised it couple of months ago where you mentioned that it will be fixed in 10 days but here we are after couple of months. No progress whatsoever

@Kuvera_In calls itself wealth platform but can’t even refresh a mutual fund portfolio. PAN + email circus, registrar lag excuses, zero CAS upload option , basically a glorified calculator with a fancy UI INDmoney syncs, Kuvera sulks. Fuck‑all platform🚮 #MutualFunds #KuveraFail

Scary situation with @Kuvera_In now. Lakhs of lumpsum money stuck- no assurance when money will be refunded. SIPs active & money debited but Kuvera shows SIP not active - so where is my money? Whole day getting wasted in reconciliations. Use it now at your own risk. BIG RISK.

One more top class app destroyed by acquisition. Sorry @Kuvera_In your revamped version has really lost the plot. Even existing features are painfully lost.

Hi @Kuvera_In, Im unable to create a new account. After entering my PAN details I keep getting a error on both the mobile app and the website I already raised a support ticket but haven’t received any response yet. Please look into this and resolve it on priority.

@Kuvera_In worst tool, no import functionality for external mutual funds. keeps postponing and needs multiple follow ups. In this age of AI, I guess tools like Kuvera do not have a place. Better stay away from this.
