I don’t trust the market run we’re seeing. We are still dealing with some irrational people in Iran. The strait is not fully open. Retaliations against us will likely come if we let up now. The guarantees Iran wants is not what we want to provide. I think we still have to do a little more damage.

I’m just going to say it and I know I’ll get some hate for it, but v14.2.2.5 is the worst FSD release since v14. Constantly in the wrong lane, a lot of weird maneuvers, so many additional nav errors, routing, speed control, parking, and that’s just to name a few. v14.3 cannot come soon enough.

BREAKING: Delaware Judge Kathaleen McCormick has officially announced that she will no longer preside over multiple lawsuits involving @elonmusk and his companies after Elon's lawyers alleged she had shown bias against him after ruling against him in high-profile cases. Last week, Elon's attorneys wrote to the court pointing to a LinkedIn screenshot that they said shows she supported a post on the network celebrating Elon's defeat in a California civil fraud trial. In the past, Judge McCormick ruled against Elon with his $56B Tesla pay package case and the Twitter lawsuit. Here is Judge Kathaleen McCormick's full letter that she released today: "Dear Counsel: This letter addresses the motions for my recusal and to randomly reassign two of the three above-referenced actions. The motion for recusal rests on a false premise—that I support a LinkedIn post about Mr. Musk, which I do not in fact support. I am not biased against the defendants in these actions. In fact, I dismissed a suit against Mr. Musk just last year. The motion for recusal is denied. But the motion for reassignment is granted—I will reassign each of the three above-referenced actions. As should be obvious, disproportionate media attention surrounding a judge’s handling of an action is detrimental to the administration of justice. The market is now working through a bigger corrective structure, not just noise. Primary downside target remains $333.59. This is a major channel bottom, expected to absorb selling (monthly/quarterly support). Longer-term context: – Possible bounce to $420s (1–2 months) – Stretch scenario → $530s by year-end BUT only after the downside fully completes. * #TSLA at ~$363 sits right in a key decision zone. $356.54 is a CRITICAL LEVEL. A close below it = strong downside continuation to $344.35 (intraday support) and $333.59 (main target). We treat a break of $356.54 as “eventual” — meaning downside pressure is dominant. However, if $TSLA closes above $371.87 (intraday pivot / gap level), the momentum will shift, and a quick move (2-3 days) to the $390–$396 zone is possible. * Bullish Bounce Scenario: If $TSLA holds above ~$356 and reclaims $371.87, then we can expect a rally into $393.24 – $396.13 (resistance zone). That zone likely caps the move and becomes a profit-taking / short opportunity. NOTE that even strength is seen as temporary, not trend-changing.
