📱 We’re aware of an issue where Crown Jam touch controls may not appear for some players on Mobile devices. Workaround below while we fix this up: Go to Settings → HUD Layout Tool → HUD Layouts, then select Default or any non-legacy layout.

@FortniteStatus Areyou aware of the issue where the game seems to not let me play a whole game without crashing?? Its getting ridiculously annoying trying to play with friends. When is this going to be fixed!?

Due to an issue, we're restarting the EU RES Play-In Day 1. The Cup will now start at 8 PM CET, and the results from the earlier session have been voided.

@FortniteStatus why is it since the update all the game seems to do is crash? Within 20 mins of playing it just freezes and shuts down

@bt_uk I have spoken to many people. Had many engineers out and one even told me that we would struggle to get fibre since to upgrade our area would mean closing a road down. So my neighbour behind me can have it but I can't, the service isn't reliable at all and I can't leave.

@bt_uk imagine keeping an unhappy customer hostage with contract charges when the service provided isn't within that contract. I've been on copper for 10 years yet the house behind me has 1GB fibre.. reliable, nope. Guaranteed speed, nope. Can I leave then.. NOPE

We’re investigating an issue preventing players from matchmaking properly, returning to the Lobby when trying to get into a game. We’re working on a fix and will let you know when servers have returned to normal.

Competitors, We've fixed an issue where chests sometimes wouldn't provide weapons in tournaments, as well as a separate issue that would cause players to sometimes freeze in place for a few seconds.
