Showing up 15 minutes early for an interview is basically trespassing. Our receptionist notified me that a UX designer was waiting in the lobby at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. slot. I walked out and asked why he was trying to steal company time before he was even on the official payroll. He said he just wanted to account for traffic and make a solid first impression. I told him that aggressive punctuality indicates a fundamental inability to accurately estimate project timelines. He asked if he should go wait in his car until the exact minute. I said no, the damage to his cultural fit score was already permanently done. I made him sit facing the lobby wall until exactly 10:00 a.m. so he could think about his schedule. Then I canceled the interview entirely because his anxious energy was too disruptive.

I tried grounding her. Taking electronics. Cleaning it for her. Helping her clean it. & NOTHING.PHASES.HER. She genuinely doesn’t care. 🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent threatened to kill a U.S. citizen for driving through a neighborhood, in Cold Spring, Minnesota. In the video, a woman is in her car when an agent walks towards her, with his hand on his gun, in the middle of the street. He tells her that if she comes near him with her car, it will be “the last thing that you do.” In other words… a federal agent just threatened to execute a U.S. citizen for driving down a public street. She immediately points out that she wasn’t even close to him and tells him to get out of the road. Instead, the agent escalates. He stands directly in front of her vehicle, hand still on his gun, and tells her she cannot reverse or leave the street. Except there’s just one problem… He never identifies a crime. He never states a lawful order. He simply blocks her car and starts issuing threats. That’s an illegal detention. Then, he contradicts himself… He told her she can’t back up… and seconds later screams at her to “back the f*ck up.” The agent then walks to the side of her car and begins shining a flashlight directly into her face, with his hand still on his gun. When she tells him to get the light out of her face and back off, he moves directly in front of her car again and repeats the threat: “Do not hit me. This is your first and last warning.” Again… she hasn’t moved. Her car is still in reverse, and she repeatedly tells him to take his hand off his gun. She even says: “I’m not going to hit you!” And yet, the agent keeps escalating, screaming the same accusation over and over… as if he’s trying to manufacture a justification to shoot her. This is the exact same tactic we’ve already seen in multiple shootings involving ICE/Border Patrol… where federal agents step in front of vehicles and then claim they feared for their lives when the driver tries to leave, like they told them to do. Blocking a vehicle, threatening deadly force, illegally detaining a citizen, and creating a scenario where a shooting can be justified after the fact… Is not only dangerous, it’s illegal. Because when armed federal agents start threatening to kill people for driving down their own street, more people are eventually going to end up dead… And they will call it “self-defense.” And removing Kristi Noem isn’t going to change that.

To the neighbor mowing at 6 P.M.—yes, SIX IN THE EVENING—I already called the cops and filed a noise complaint. What happened to basic courtesy? What happened to being even slightly aware that other people exist around you? Some of us work all week and look forward to one quiet evening to finally sit down, eat dinner in peace, and maybe relax without machinery roaring through the walls. But apparently 6 P.M. is the perfect time to fire up a lawn mower and treat the neighborhood like it's a landscaping competition. The noise echoes, the engine revs, and grass flies everywhere, as if it couldn't possibly wait. It's not the middle of the afternoon; it's not some emergency yard situation; it's dinner time, unwind time, and common sense time. Being a neighbor isn't just about maintaining your lawn—it's about having basic consideration for the people living ten feet away from you. And that consideration was clearly nowhere to be found. UNREAL. What are your thoughts?
