How do yall help with streamer burn out I hate taking breaks & I feel so behind if I do but I get so drained. I am so grateful for what I have and for my community and I hate complaining at all but does anyone else feel the same

I don’t post this type of stuff much but I have found happiness and faith from Bettering myself mentally and physically. It has only made my relationship with God even Stronger. I owe a lot of it to @kyaknuth13 when she posted daily devotionals a few months ago it reminded me how important my faith in God is. One of my favorite verses: Deuteronomy 31:6: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you”
