@jyambio & I attended our first @AthleticsVarina swim meet w/ the @VHSBlueDevils swim team! They did a great job at the HCPS Championships meet. Pic of our girls 200 Medley relay team & video of one of our girls placing 2nd in her heat for the 50M freestyle! 💙😈💛🏊

@jyambio & I had a blast w/ our 23-24 @VHS_Science team @ our 1st gathering of the year duckpin bowling at The Park RVA before kicking off teacher work week tomorrow. We also celebrated August bdays with Yam cupcakes (banana cream pie cupcakes)! 🎳🎂💙🧪💛 @VHS_BlueDevils

@jyambio & I did it- we submitted our final 2 components for National Board. After serious thought on quitting, we grit our teeth & made it happen. 🤞that results are in our favor in Dec.! Thx to all who have supported us in the process! 😳 @VHS_Science @ap_vhs @VHS_BlueDevils

Thx to our new MiniOne Electrophoresis systems, my AP Bio kids were able to create & view 🧬 fingerprints in 1 class period (old ways = 2 classes). Now they just have to determine if their patient has a genetic form of hypercholesterolemia 🤔 @ap_vhs @HenricoScience @VHS_Science

@jyambio & I are crossing our fingers that our AP Bio kids taking the AP Exam today make it through successfully (just making it through the 3 hour exam is accomplishment enough). Hopefully these goody bags gave them a little motivation because it has been a rough year! 💙🤔🤞💛
