I’ve been seeing a lot of legacy named players getting their accounts hacked over the months. Due to that, I highly suggests everyone who hasn’t already done this, or wasn’t already aware of this feature, to go into their Supercell ID settings and activate Account Protection.

I’m going to lay my whole story out for those who don’t know and for the people that have been doing their best to help me. Roughly a month ago I suspected someone to be on my account. I was losing resources and getting logged out by “another device” anytime I got on the game. For my account safety considering this was my account I’ve had since beta (almost 6 years now) I changed my supercell ID email to a different email of mine so anyone who had gotten access to my original email would be kicked off. All was fine until about a week later where my account got locked. I assumed it was because I was setting back up the extra security measures (email code/sms code) however that was not the case. After about a week of waiting (support has been backed up too) I was told the original account owner still couldn’t be verified after I gave all my account info, purchase receipts, and email codes. I’ve recently submitted another ticket on my main account, mini account, and even made a brand new account and I get told the same thing. I’m just looking for a way to resolve this issue and I have all the info necessary. I’ve been through all the ups and downs for the game and my twitter account holds history of my achievements and is dedicated to the game. I’ve met so many incredible people throughout these last 6 years and I’ve made so many fond memories. Any help or info would be appreciated 💕 I will have screenshots linked below of what support said, my first ever purchase+my most recent purchase on the account and a screen recording of me receiving email codes(offers, etc).
