Cannabis Stocks will remain volatile this week. Monday we look for Supreme Court decision and potential executive Order. I am cautious putting too much faith in the EO happening that day. Short term scenarios: Scenario 1: SC not taking the case. No word from Trump Result: Sector consolidates a solid amount and will likely continue to do so every day we don't hear anything. Scenario 2: SC takes the case, Trump signs the EO. Result: Best case for bullish continuation. Scenario 3: SC no case Trump signs the EO. Result: Likely some continuation. Scenario 4: SC takes the case No word from Trump Result: Still bullish imo as SC taking it is low probability. I will be taking partial positions, reloading short term oversold and actively trading around smaller core positions to take advantage of the volatility. Hourly up trends are our guides, EMA12 support. $MSOS, $TLRY

$TSLA - most likely we are looking at a near term bull trap.. would much rather being a buyer on a pullback near the 12 period sma on the weekly…currently near 321.80
