Laughton made history as the first transgender person elected to the New Hampshire legislature. Laughton’s former partner, Lindsay Groves (right), worked at Creative Minds Daycare in Tyngsboro. Lindsay would take photos of the children during routine bathroom breaks as well as diaper changes and send them to Laughton. 2,500 text messages in total.
