Want to be a BadAss Center?: 1) Understand you are the most important person on the team…Without you…nothing good happens 2) Become a 99.9% “ near perfect” snapper with velocity and placement. Be better than than the QB 3) Study film as if u are the OC, Head Coach, and QB combined…and let them know u know more than them through preparation 4) Perfect cadence mixture and texture…Beg coaches to control the cadence and then always give your brothers and edge with subtle voice inflections and rhythm that only you and your OL brothers recognize 5)Find blitz keys and body language give always that help your OL brothers and QBs to know what’s coming before anyone 6) Fight…Don’t take any crap off the defense 7) Be a master in disguise in the screen game…Sell it with your hands 8) Never be outworked in the weight room or in summer conditioning 9) Always ask for more responsibility from coaches and then earn it 10) Remind your QB from time to time he is nothing without you!!
