Now I’m back to fasting all day, black coffee. Need to try to force myself to go to the gym tonight.

This weekend was bad, I didn’t go to the gym and ate like shit. I was doing so well the past week.

I fast from 11pm to 4:30 pm every weekday. I just drink black coffee and water. I can tell you from experience it heals many things, inflammation, circulation, I’m seeing a significant amount of fat loss (probably due to less calories). I highly recommend

2 months agoI had a myocarditis-related cardiac/heart attack caused by a virus that inflamed my heart. It took me about 6 weeks to be back to normal, last weekend I started going to the gym and going hard I’m using this account to help me keep motivated.

I don’t post progress pics because my body is currently in “before” mode indefinitely. I’m trying to get in shape but I already know Joey Swoll would tell me to stop bullying myself and trust the process.

With this new pandemic starting. It’s time. FREE JOE EXOTIC.
