@robertreese_4 Grease did ya. Deeres PIP was to only change out the outside bushings to bronze and leave the inside with plastic. So now the plastic and bronze are both junk

@kylefox65 Did the grease go where intended?

Any disc experts out there? Updated our Deere disk bushings, but almost all them the grease comes out behind the bushing. Not lubricating the tube. Any solutions to this? Or do we need to go back to yearly swapping poly bushings?

@gavin_spoor Was it planted after beans? We had an issue of volunteer RR beans from the year prior contaminating samples

Nothing like losing $18,000 to start the week off 😬 Had 6,000 bushels of non-gmo beans all fail. Consistent 4-5% contamination. Cleaned equipment, double flushed, clean planter, etc. Bin and trucks clean. can’t blame the seed because other farmers with the same variety aren’t failing at the probe. Really scratching my head at this. Entrepreneurship is fun!
