I assented to the Nkumba University Law Society Constitution Amendment presented by the Attorney General after its passage by Parliament. This milestone reform introduces AI and digital literacy, strengthens Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and mental health as guiding principles, establishes a Ministry of Technology & Innovation, reforms our electoral standards, and creates an Independent Moot Court Committee to professionalize moot practice. These changes mark a bold step toward a more modern, inclusive, and forward-looking Law Society that responds to the evolving demands of legal education and student welfare. #RevampContinues
